Giselle Almeida was born and raised in Rio, in 1990, self-taught and began her artistic life at 17 years old.
At 18, she worked with photo manipulation in Platinum FMD, one of the best and most awarded advertising studios in the world. Soon after she worked for Ícone Studio, Finalboss, Copa Studio and Lightfarm Brasil.
She did freelance illustrations for editorial and has a project in development called Avaris, where most of her personal illustrations come from.

Giselle Almeida é carioca, nasceu em 1990, é auto-didata, e iniciou sua vida artística aos 17 anos de idade.
Aos 18, trabalhou com manipulação de fotos na Platinum FMD, um dos melhores e mais premiados estúdios de publicidade do mundo. Logo depois trabalhou para Estudio Icone, FinalBoss, Copa Studio e Lightfarm Brasil.
Já fez freelance para ilustrações editoriais e tem um projeto em desenvolvimento chamado Avaris, de onde provém a maioria de suas ilustrações pessoais.
